vintage Tadashi ruffled off the shoulder formal gown

This stunning Tadashi gown is from the 1980's. The color is off white. 100% polyester. It is a stiffer fabric that feels like taffeta to me. Dry clean. The bodice has stays in front and back with of layers horizonal pleating. The off the shoulder sleeves have 3 layers of ruffles. 2 layers of ruffles at the hips. The ruffles have stiff edges like wiring . The skirt is strait and tapers at the bottom. Back vent. Very good condition but does have a few issues. There are some tiny spotting on the skirt below the knee that are very faint and hard to see. I noticed them when I was steaming. I doubt that any one would see them unless they are down on their knee and looking. The back vent is torn at the top of the seam approximately 2". The edge of the hem is soiled. Marked size 8, todays 2/4. My mannequin is a 2 and it's just a tiny bit big. It measures 58" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 17 across under the arms, 13" at the waist, 18" at the hips. T
