I believe this was a gift given out with purchase of a Cartier So Pretty Perfume item/set. Although I am not an expert on luxury items - you are buying based on your own knowledge and research. I know it is authentic.
This comes with the original envelope. I am not sure if it was used or not, no obvious signs of use. Some light and general signs of age/shelf wear.
The bag has no handle or straps, a pouch. There is one button closure. Size is about 12” wide and 8” top to bottom - the depth is pretty shallow, id say 2-3 inches.
The material is a black mesh, perhaps vinyl?
