Large 1940s HULL maidain planter app. 8x8” , USA 954 ON BOTTOM
Early versions of Hull pieces, like the one pictured, often used a "cold painting" technique (unfired, overglaze paint) which can show wear and crazing over time, as seen in the image.
Condition: Vintage pieces may show signs of wear, such as crazing, but it is free of any chips or cracks.
There are only a couple other pieces like this online, but they have different colored hat, making this dark blue version a little more rare.
