This unique pair of vintage Chinese majolica bowls features whimsical 3D sculpted frogs, turtles, lotus leaves, and blossoms—a celebration of pond life rendered in vibrant, glossy glazes. One bowl is finished in earthy ochre and teal tones with perched frogs and a blooming lotus, while the other is a rich green adorned with turtles, lily pads, and a bright pink flower.
Condition:
Vintage good condition with visible chips on the flower petals of both bowls (see photos for detail). May have some crazing; bowls remain sturdy and display beautifully. Sold as is.
