This is a collectible Camel Cigarettes/ RJR Tobacco Advertising Sign with raised profile. Measuring 13 inches x 5.5 inches. The splotching evident in the pics is due to paint fading and peeling and is not rust for the most part. This has very minor rusting evident in the first pic, zoomed in. This sign is in good shape outside of the paint issue, which is indicative of typical wear and fading over time.
