Beautiful big baby Crissy! I was able to get her hair fixed and her "long hair" working again. I braided the long hair just to keep it smooth and untangled. You pull (the part I have braided ) her hair to make her hair longer. You pull her string in back to pull the long hair BK making her hair short again. She is a whopping "24" tall and heavy hard plastic. She IS a #70s doll so she is not in new condition and has some sort of facial flaws and the top part of her right finger off. PICS ARE DESCRIPTIONS TOO LADIES N GENTS. Please look closely and inspect.
