Vintage 14k Gold Abstract Diamond Heart Necklace with 18-inch Chain

This is a lovely vintage abstract heart necklace from the 1990s in 14k gold, with a brilliantly sparkling genuine round diamond. Delicate link chain is 18-inches in length. Comes in original velvety display box and is in great condition for a preloved vintage item. There is very light wear, but necklace is in good condition for a preloved vintage item (although I do not ever remember wearing this necklace-- likely just from age and being stored while living along the coast.) Diamond is 4mm, round (0.23 carats according to calibrated size chart.) Total weight is 3.7g of 14k gold and single diamond. Hallmark: "BH 14K." Velvet display box has some discoloration beneath the velvet jewelry holder which otherwise cannot be seen unless velvet holder is removed from box.
