This was an amazing find at an estate auction in Ohio. The owner was an old toy collector and when I saw this I had to have it! I have never seen one before in ALL ORIGINAL packaging. Even the original plastic. This has never been used and has been stored in a wooden case for decades to preserve the paper. Amazing color. Minus a few tears here and there it’s an incredible piece of history.
The Hoop A Lariat was made by a company called Flexigraph Inc. based out of New Britain Connecticut. Although there is no date on the pkg (I think it was in the bottom
Rt corner that is torn) this dates pre-1920’s judging from the images on the pkg.
