Small World Rhythm "Timecracker" Magic Motion Wall Clock, model 4MH752R06.
It is a quartz clock with a faux wood frame.
On the hour, the clock face splits into two halves that rotate in a circular motion while it plays one of several available melodies.
The center bottom section of the clock constantly twists left and right as the clock keeps time.
It is battery-operated and features animated, musical, and lighted
Zero issues on mechanics or sound, hard to show how amazing this clock is in still photos. Found this video that shows clock in motion.

Minor superficial scratch on bottom of clock, does not impact functionality and IMO this could easily be covered and would be hardly noticeable unless you know it was there prior, full disclosure - just my opinion. Even without covering you'd have to look under to view. See photos
