Shorty was an American rock band formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1991. The band consisted of vocalist Al Johnson, guitarist Mark Shippy, drummer Todd Lamparelli, and bassist Luke Frantom. Desribed as “A sinus cleaning din that flips you upside down, shakes the keys from your pockets and then drops you headfirst to the astroturf”, the band released a number of singles followed by a full length, with their last two releases on SKiN GRAFT Records.
