Hand-signed on the front by LEE QUICK, the original English voice actress for Officer Jenny (4Kids dub, Seasons 1-7). Inscription reads “Attention Citizen! Officer Jenny” in her own handwriting.
Condition: Near Mint with minor honest wear. Front looks excellent - vibrant colors, sharp signature and quote, no creases or scratches on artwork. Small defects include light corner wear (soft tips, no tears). Back shows a very slight bend at the bottom edge (visible in photo #2), common with vintage postcards. Does not affect the front.
