It is not sealed but I did place it in inner and outer sleeves for its protection. It includes the 12 page booklet. I have never spun it once. It has just lived on my shelf. I bought this for my collection but have another AFFTD vinyl so decided to sell it. I personally don’t see any damage and believe it’s in perfect condition but I am not a professional reseller so beware I may have missed a minor flaw. It also comes with the hype sticker. Also that crease in the first image is just the outer sleeve I put on it and not the actual vinyl
