ECHT BLEIKRISTALL Lead Crystal Ruby Red Cut to Clear Dinner Bell made in West Germany circa 1930-1960.
8 "H x 3.5 "W x 3.5"L, 3.5" Diameter.
Beautiful condition, no scratches, chips, or cracks. The clapper is attached by a small cord inside the bell and makes a beautiful sound when rung.
"Cut to Clear" means it started out a beautiful cranberry red color, and the artist hand carved the red crystal away until only clear crystal remained. It's time consuming and requires both patience and talent.
This is a gorgeous piece of art and will make a perfect gift or addition to any collection.
