This NHL Cool Belt Buckle is tri-color Enamel in the front and metal in the back and this buckle measures approximately 3" x 2.5" and fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3.4 ounces! No idea of the age, but I'd guess 1970's!!
