Authentic lego set of Simpsons House (71006)
-Box condition is 7/10. Just shelf wear.
-All minifigures are included PLUS 2 additional from the Minifigure series (Millhouse & Grandpa).
-All minifigures are in good condition, no cracks.
-Instruction books are included and are in good condition.
The set was built twice total. First build was in 2016 and displayed for 4/5 months. Second build was in 2022 and displayed for a month. I break them apart by the bag number to make it easier to build it back up again. During the second build, there was a few pieces that were missing, some were replaced by a different colored piece and some are just accessories. It does not affect the building process or the look of it. Please note, there could be a slight chance of few more missing pieces. As a serious Lego collector, I do my best to make sure I handled the set carefully, but mistakes can happen.
