An antique Chinese Yixing zisha teapot, dating from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic period, featuring a tin-mounted dragon decoration and bearing the “De Cheng Hao (德成号)” mark.

The teapot is made of zisha clay, with a well-defined form and traditional proportions. The applied tin-mounted dragon motif adds visual interest and reflects period decorative practices. The impressed or applied shop mark indicates production associated with De Cheng Hao, a known studio or trade name.

Condition issues include loss inside the lid, a visible repair on the handle, and deformation to the spout, all of which are consistent with long-term use and age. These aspects have been fully reflected in the condition description.

Despite these flaws, the teapot remains an interesting and collectible example for study, reference, or display, particularly for collectors of marked Yixing teaware.
