Large Antique Schell Cowhide Leather Partitioned Doctor's Bag w/Clasp Lock

I am selling this vintage leather briefcase/doctor's bag made by Schell. Produced mid-century, likely 1940s or 1950s. Stamp on the bottom reads "Schell Top Grain Cowhide Non-leather Partitions."

Exterior leather in good condition, with scuffs and scratches consistent with normal use. Brass clasp closes the case (has a keyed lock but the key itself is missing). Brass feet are weathered but in good condition. Leather handles move freely. Interior has 3 partitions for papers or documents and has a mild musty odor.

Apparently my father used this as airline baggage in the 1970s - it still has an Allegheny Airlines baggage tag tied to the handle and an address label, both of which I will leave attached to avoid damaging the leather.
