Hand-painted Turkish Ceramic Decorative scalloped edges wall plate, from Kütahya, Turkey.
The plate is signed "Marmara Gini Special Hand Made By: H.B.-Go Kütahya-Türkiye". Kütahya is a city in Turkey famous for its traditional kiln products, such as tiles and pottery.
The plate features intricate floral and geometric patterns and blue and white floral design on the back, a common style for Turkish ceramics. It has holes at the back to allow for hanging on a wall.
It is food safe (lead-free glazes) but often recommended for hand washing to preserve the artwork. They are commonly used for both serving and decorative wall art. The approximate size of the plate is 16 inches in diameter perfect for hanging on a wall or putting in a stand.
