I’m not super sure on how they convert to women’s sizing. I would say they’d be too big for someone who wears a 7 in women’s shoes.
I’d think they’d should fit around a women’s size 8 to 8 1/2 (depending on how thick of socks you wear)
I wear a 9 and they are too tight for me
