Vintage Hermes silk scarf in great condition
The ever so popular vintage Hermès scarf, La Promenade de Longchamps by Philippe Ledoux was first issued in 1965, depicting Parisians on the way to the races at Longchamps. A day at the races was quite the thing to do and many famous and not so famous Parisians would want to be and be seen at Longchamps. French artists, such as Degas and Manet have paid homage to the famous racetrack in the Bois de Boulogne, that is still in operation today.
