The painting- is classic antique southwestern art. a pastel illustration, possibly a lithograph or etching, of a roadrunner in a desert landscape chasing a moth or butterfly , likely created by DeGrazia, Robert Quill Johnson Arthur Singer, Ray Harm, and Sheridan Oman, all of whom specialized in wildlife art. Or the artist could have been an indigenous person/ native.

Signature says “SC Man.” Framed in Tucson AZ. This was my grandmothers and even perhaps her mother’s painting. Framed in Arizona see photos. The artist often painted with oils, watercolors, and gouache. The style and subject matter align with the listed artists known works. Glass has some old paint on it I can easily remove or if you so choose to I can leave it as is. I am only willing to part if the price is right as i absolutely love this painting.
