This organizer has a similar pocket/ internal layout to the Filofax Lockwood, but the Nappa is made with super soft/smooth deluxe Nappa leather. It is very pleasant and soft to touch. It is black (a discontinued color) and has a slight sheen in the light. It has been very minimally used. The ring depressions are the only marks noted. It is structured- you could could write with it in your lap, but also soft and squeezable because of the material. This binder has aligned/tight rings and ample storage opportunities.
