Large 21” Galle-style cameo glass vase with layered red floral design on an amber/yellow background. The vase is signed Galle in the glass, but this is a modern decorative piece in the style of Émile Gallé, not an antique original.
The vase displays beautifully on its own, and when lit from behind the colors glow with a dramatic red-orange effect (see photo). Heavy, thick glass with a black footed base.
