Some damages!!

The house itself in good condition, but I bought the display house from the store and did not notice that the "ICE" in the sign was cracked and glued back on. Also, the blue metal sign was not stored properly and the stencil on it was heavily scratched on both sides. I never got to open it after buying, so I was unaware of these damages until now. Please see the last 3 pictures to view close ups of the damages.

The boxes have some wear and tear from storage, but all pieces are included.

Smoke and pet-free home, owned by an adult collector.
