The board is in good used condition, and the top sheet is perfectly attached; it's just that the clear coat finish on the board needs to be peeled off (see pics). Plenty of suggestions on Reddit on how to do that and have a glossy new board. The Burton Fish is a great board so happy to ship you this at a huge price reduction and you get a great board if you want to make it pretty or use as is.
This board is so fun to ride in powder!!!!!
This is just the clear topsheet finish of the board.
There are binding risers on the board that will be included.
From Reddit: "Peel it all off and either continue on or prepare surface, tape up edges and blow an acrylic clear coat over topsheet which will bling it up."
Given I am paying for shipping price is pretty firm.
