This is an art deco dress clip made by one of the top designers of costume jewelry and bears the earliest Trifari signature of KTF - a very coveted signature which is highly collectible.
Condition: the metal is fine and the clip works great although the rhinestones all show some age related loss of brightness (as would be expected for a piece this old).
