The 16 ft. Combat Ratchet Tie-Down features Keeper’s NEW 1.25 in. Extreme Webbing that is 67% more abrasion resistant and 30% more cut resistant. Giving reliability and durability when securing your cargo. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle with oversized tactical handles and vinyl-coated double J-hooks to prevent scratching and marring. Operation is simple and straightforward. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage, thread the webbing through the center slot of the rotating spool, then pull through to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and lastly, ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo.
