In pursuit of a cotton material that combines overwhelming luster, firmness, and an exquisite feel, we repeated tests in all processes from raw material selection to spinning, weaving, and processing, and it took three years to develop the MAISON SPECIAL original Suvin cotton 100% material, which is the highest grade.
"SUVIN COTTON" is one of the longest fiber varieties among the extra-long fiber cottons, which account for only about 1% of the cotton harvest.
Suvin cotton not only has fine fibers, but also has a natural luster, smooth texture, and delicate touch.
Compared to other cottons, it requires a lot of effort to cultivate and harvest, and only about 0.00001% of the world's cotton production is produced, making it an extremely rare and high-class raw material.
Without blending short-fiber cotton or filament fibers other than Suvin cotton, we used a special spinning method to spin only the carefully selected Suvin cotton, suppressing fluffiness to the utmost limit, and spun it into a high count of 120, which is one grade higher than general high-class fabrics.
Because the fibers that make up the yarn are extremely fine, and it becomes unnecessarily soft even when woven at high density, we adjusted the weaving speed of the loom, the balance of the warp and weft density, and the fabric processing method, and by weaving it into an ultra-high-density fabric that exceeds the limit, we have achieved an elegant luster and firmness with a sense of luxury.
It is an ultra-high density that would make the wearability of ordinary cotton worse, but due to the overwhelming quality of Suvin cotton, it achieves a smooth touch, a sense of luxury, and an exquisite feel that you wouldn't think is 100% cotton.
We have given the fabric, which would originally be a luxury item because it is too delicate, the durability for daily use, and finished it into a unique fabric that is unlike any other.
